PackAid op Empack Zwolle

Op woensdag 16 en donderdag 17 november vindt in Zwolle de verpakkingsbeurs Empack plaats van organisator easyFairs. Op deze tentoonstelling zal PackAid aanwezig zijn als de Nederlandse vertegenwoordiger van het Engelse merk Endoline, fabrikant van machines op het gebied van dozenopzet- en beladingsmachines en dozensluitmachines. PackAid zal naar eigen zeggen op de beurs een selectie tonen van machines uit het leveringsprogramma van de Engelse producent.

Een recente ontwikkeling van Endoline is de nieuwe, compacte, snelle dozenopzetmachine type 247 met een capaciteit van 25 dozen per minuut. De machine is servo gestuurd, daardoor snel en praktisch geruisloos en energiezuinig. Vanwege de compactheid heeft de machine weinig vloeroppervlak nodig. Daarnaast heeft Endoline in samenwerking met ABB een robot doosbeladingssysteem gebouwd. De geheel automatisch werkende installatie vult de loze ruimte boven de afzonderlijke producten in een omdoos met luchtzakken om een stabiele verpakking te garanderen. Deze installatie stelt Endoline samen met Sealed Air, de leverancier van de plastic zakken die boven op de producten komen te liggen. De luchtzakken worden na het sluiten van de doos door een automatisch werkend systeem vol geblazen met lucht waardoor er een stabiele doosbelading ontstaat en de producten onderling niet meer kunnen verschuiven, claimt PackAid.

PackAid at packaging exhibition Empack Zwolle

On Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th of November organizer easyFairs will arrange a packaging exhibition called Empack in Zwolle, The Netherlands. At this exhibition PackAid will be present as a Dutch representative of the English brand Endoline, a manufacturer of case erector and filler machines and case sealer machines. PackAid will, as they say, show at Empack a selection of machines from the delivery program of the English producer.

A recent development of Endoline is the new, compact, high speed case erector, type 247, with a capacity of 25 boxes per minute. The machine is servo driven, thereby rapidly, practically silent and energy efficient. Because the machine is compact, it needs very little floor space. In addition, Endoline has build in collaboration with ABB a robotic carton load system. The fully automatic installation fills the empty space above the individual products placed in an outer box with airbags to assure a stable packaging. Endoline assembles this installation together with Sealed Air, supplier of the plastic bags that come to lie on top of the products. After closing the box, the airbags will be blown up with air through a fully operating system, creating a stable load and makes sure that the products are unable to move, claims PackAid.
