PVC-vrije vacuümdop wint prijs

Het Pano Blue Seal vacuümdeksel viel onlangs in de prijzen in de categorie design, apparatuur en afwerking van de Duitse verpakkingsprijs.

De Duitse verpakkingsprijzen werden onlangs uitgereikt tijdens de onlangs gehouden beurs Brau Beviale. Het Pano Blue Seal PVC-vrije metalen schroefdeksel met TPE-seal is een vacuümsluiting die geproduceerd is door Pano Verschluss en inmiddels wordt gebruikt door fabrikant Reichold Feinkost. De kern van de dop is voorzien van een PVC-vrije Provalin sluitingsring die ontwikkeld is door Actega DS. Daardoor is deze volgens de jury geschikt voor alle potjes met hitte behandelde inhoud zoals gepasteuriseerde en gesterilseerde of koud afgevulde producten.

De verzegelingscomponent zonder PVC en weekmakers van Provalin werd al eerder genomineerd voor de Duitse verpakkingsprijs, voordat het dit jaar daadwerkelijk in de prijzen viel.

Packaging prize for Pano Blue Seal

The "PVC-free Pano Blue Seal vacuum closure powered by PROVALIN^®" was awarded this year's German Packaging Prize in the "Design, Equipment and Finishing“ category presented within the framework of the BrauBeviale Trade Fair in Nuremberg. Organized by the German Packaging Institute (DVI), this annual competition highlights particularly innovative packaging solutions in various categories.

After vacuum closures with PROVALIN^®, the closure sealing compound without PVC and plasticizers, had already been nominated for the Packaging Prize before, this time the German Packaging Prize jury decided to award a prize to PVC-free metal screw caps with TPE seals. These are rotary vacuum closures manufactured by Pano Verschluss GmbH and used by Reichold Feinkost GmbH. The core of this closure is represented by the innovative PVC-free PROVALIN^® sealing compound developed by Actega DS GmbH.
