De Midrange Endload Cartoner Kliklok MEC wordt gelanceerd voor de Europese markt. Het onderscheidt zich volgens Bosch Packaging Technology door het sanitaire ontwerp, de omschakeling zonder gereedschap en een goede toegang voor de bediener van de machine.
Elematic 2001 WA case packer
Ook introduceert het bedrijf de nieuwe Elematic 2001 WA case packer, die een aanvulling vormt op de Elematic-serie voor eendelige en tweedelige shelf-ready dozen. De machine heeft een kleinere footprint in vergelijking met de vorige versie en biedt een maximale flexibiliteit voor verschillende verpakkingsstijlen. De nieuwe Elematic 2001 is speciaal ontwikkeld voor producten die moeilijk te verwerken zijn, zoals tassen.
De Elematic 2001 is voorzien van een aantal nieuwe, out-of-the-box innovaties. Zo bestaat de frame pijler van de machine uit een geïntegreerde granulaat tank, die in het hele productieproces automatisch granulaat in het hete lijm-smelt-station voedt. Dit neemt risico op letsel door hete lijm weg en vermindert de frequentie van bijvullen. Door een nieuwe ontwikkelde lege invoermechaniek heeft de machine een hogere tolerantie voor blanco’s die licht gebogen zijn als gevolg van vochtigheid en veranderende temperaturen. Hierdoor hoeven er minder blanco’s te worden weggegooid, wat bijdraagt aan een duurzamere productie.

Elematic 2001 WA case packer
In addition, the company will introduce the new Elematic 2001 WA case packer, which complements the Elematic series for one-piece and shelf-ready two-piece cases. The machine has a reduced footprint compared to the previous edition and it offers a maximum flexibility in terms of different pack styles.
The Elematic 2001 features a number of new, out-of-the-box innovations. First, the machine’s frame pillar comprises and integrated granulate tank, which automatically feeds granulate into the hot glue melt station throughout the production process. This eliminates any risk of injury from hot glue and reduces the frequency of refilling. By a newly developed blank feed movement, the machine has a higher tolerance for blanks that are slightly bent due to humidity and changing temperatures. As a result, fewer blanks need to be thrown away, contributing to a more sustainable production.
