Faerch Plast heeft onlangs 4Pet Group in Duiven overgenomen. 4PET Group is een PET-recycling organisatie die producten aanbiedt volgens drie meest voorkomende conversieprocessen: recycling, extrusie en thermovormen.
‘Met de moderne infrastructuur bij 4PET voor het sorteren en verwerken van afgedankte kunststof bakjes, zijn we in staat om gebruikte bakjes om te zetten in grondstof voor nieuwe producten die in aanraking komen met voedingsmiddelen’, zegt Lars Gade Hansen, ceo bij Faerch Plast Group.
‘Het recyclingsysteem aangeboden door 4PET Group is een innovatieve, op industriële schaal, doorbraak in onze overgang naar een duurzame en circulaire economie. Het stelt ons in staat om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor de fase na consumptie van onze bakjes’, voegt Gade Hansen er aan toe.
Faerch Plast has recently acquired 4PET Group in Duiven, the Netherlands. 4PET Group is a PET recycling organization which offers products according to the three most common conversion processes: recycling, extrusion and thermoforming.
‘With the modern infrastructure at 4PET to sort and process disposed plastic trays, we are able to transform used trays into raw material for new food contact products’, says Faerch Plast Group’s CEO, Lars Gade Hansen.
